GTD in Google Sheets

A free spreadsheet that runs a full Getting Things Done setup, with nothing else to install.

I’ve been interested in David Allen’s Getting Things Done for a long time, and I’ve been a fan of productivity apps for just as long. My problem was that I never found the one program that would work with GTD the way I do. Nothing was the right fit, and I tried many of them.

The answer had been staring me in the face every day at my day job: spreadsheets. They’re simple enough to keep a GTD system running in one place, but powerful enough to make the workflow efficient. Google Sheets in particular has become capable enough, with good enough mobile apps, to work on nearly any device.
